Returns are accepted within 10 days following purchase. You can put the item back in the bubble envelope in which it was sent to you; we advocate the reuse of packaging. If you no longer have it, no worries! Take any other envelope that will protect the product during transport. The returned item must be in its original condition and must be free of any signs of wear or breakage. Shipping costs are assumed by the buyer (usually +/-$5 via Canada Post).
